About Us
Hello my name is Juan Vazquez, Owner of 413 Family Fitness.
I am a Holyoke Native and the Creator of Cardio HipHop.
I currently reside in Holyoke with my wife Elsie and daughter Natalia.
CARDIO HIPHOP is my creation and I’m ready to share it with YOU. This class is exercise in disguise and we invite everyone to come try CHH at 413 Family Fitness. For here we are a FAMILY, there is no JUDGEMENT and we want to show you how working out can be FUN!
413 Family Fitness opened on 5/8/2018. We had our own studio in Holyoke for 4 years before deciding to go mobile. We currently teach our classes in Chicopee and we also do events with local businesses.
